Parkview Health-Core Tower

Fort Wayne, IN

In May of 2018, Parkview Health officials announced their plan to invest $72 million dollars into a 6-story, 168,000 square-foot expansion at their current Parkview Regional Medical Center location in Fort Wayne, IN. This new expansion will consist of a 63,000 square-foot “shell space” for future expansion and add 72 new inpatient beds to the north side of the campus.

Weigand Construction and Parkview officials selected PIVOTEK’s manufactured building components as a solution to help them achieve their aggressive project schedule.  Limited skilled labor resources, assertive timelines, and the need to surpass quality standards were all factors in the decision making process.  PIVOTEK manufactured bathroom pods for 69 typical and 3 bariatric patient rooms for Parkview.
